When will FlyNova begin shipping?
The mass production and shipping will begin in mid November. So you will definitely receive your flynova spinners before Christmas.
How to buy more than 1 spinner?
We offer different perks which include 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 50 products separately. If you can’t find the quantity you want to buy, just let us know through contact@everkaki.com, and we will generate your personal purchase link with the specific quantity you’d like to buy.
What is the duty fee?
The duty fees vary depending on the policy of each country. Don't worry! FlyNova Team will cover all the duty fees for our valued customers. That is, the final price will only include the product price and shipping fee.
What kind of payment methods can be used to back the campaign?
You can pay with Paypal/credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards accepted). You can also pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay, which launched with support from credit/debit cards of American Express, Mastercard, Visa and the six biggest issuing banks in US, including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Capital One and Citigroup. 
What if I change my address before you ship?
We will verify all address information with customers. Please check messages and email for updates. If this information is not accurate, the order will not be shipped.
What is the refund policy?
A pledge can only be cancelled while a project’s funding period is still live. For any refund concerns after the funding period, do drop us an email and we will address it on a case by case basis.
How to become a distributor or affiliate?
For distributors, we offer customers the perk including 50 products. If you want to buy more than 50 products, you can contact at contact@everkaki.com for bulk purchase. For affiliates, we will collaborate with Kickbooster about referral program.
What is the warranty policy of FlyNova?
FlyNova offers 1 year warranty service for all products purchased from FlyNova official store and authorized distributors.
What is the customer service email?

How long is the battery life and charging time?
Under fully charged condition, one spinner can consistently run for about 10 mins, which usually means you can play for 15-20mins with inevitable pauses and drops. Besides, you can fully charge it in just 15 mins. Therefore, we strongly recommend you buy three spinners at the same time for infinite fun!
Can i change my perk?
Each contribution made is recorded as a separate contribution with a separate perk. If you would like to receive a new perk, you can do this in a separate contribution. If you'd like to upgrade your existing perk or select a different perk, please contact us at contact@everkaki.com.
How can i add multiple perks?
Please note, at this time, we do not have a feature for you to be able to add multiple perks in a single transaction. As such, if you'd like to claim multiple perks, please make a new contribution for each perk.
